Social Justice Competency for Managers.
 Hiring managers are encouraged to attend Campus Life’s new series to prepare them for social justice competency. Trainings are only for Campus Life supervisors of non-student staff. To register, enroll through the Emory Learning Management System (ELMS). Sign in with your Emory login, click “Find Learning,” and search for the course number or for “CL” to find all Campus Life courses. Participants may sign up for all sessions listed below or pick and choose those they want to attend. All sessions will be conducted in AMUC 235.

  1. Course 247100: CL - Introduction to Social Justice: Managers. October 2, 9:30 – 11 a.m.
  2. Course 247101: CL - Navigating Systems of Power: Managers. November 5, 10:30 a.m. – 12 p.m.
  3. Course 2471023: CL - Social Group Membership and Privilege: Managers. January 14, 10:30 a.m. – 12 p.m.
  4. Course 247103: Cultural Humility and Intersectionality: Managers. March 4, 10:30 a.m. – 12 p.m.
  5. Course 247104: Ally and Accomplice: Managers. May 2, 9 – 10:30 a.m.

Above, this aerial view looks north, with Raoul Hall in the upper right corner. Solar hot water heating panels, visible on the North Pavilion roof, will provide a portion of the domestic hot water required for day-to-day operations in the building.
