 DUC-ling site renovation

Map of pedestrian traffic detours

Campus Construction. Emory continues to create pedestrian friendly outdoor spaces. The top photo shows  renovation underway to create such a space where the DUC-ling interim dining facility once stood. In keeping with Emory's commitment to sustainability, the major components of the facility were passed on for use by another institution. The map above illustrates the blue and red detour routes for pedestrian traffic as construction moves torward conclusion. Bollards will be installed on Dickey Dr. near Raoul Hall and Dobbs Hall and brick pavers on Dickey near Dobbs and south of McDonough Field. Concrete on the westside of the ESC North Tower will be replaced. Signage will direct pedestrians to the detours represented by blue and red arrows on the map. All work described above will be completed by August 18, prior to the return of students. Click on the map to access a larger PDF image.
