Office of Sorority and Fraternity Life. OSFL has finalized the spring 2019 grade report for Emory’s Greek organizations. The all-Greek grade point average (GPA) for spring 2019 is 3.503, comparing well with the non-Greek average of 3.527. Eleven sororities and fraternities achieved or exceeded the all-Greek GPA. During the same period, 29 of the university’s 33 chapters – including 18 sororities and 14 fraternities – earned a 3.0 or higher cumulative chapter GPA. The chapters with the highest GPAs and their respective councils are Alpha Tau Omega (IFC), Delta Phi Lambda (MGC), Delta Sigma Theta (NPHC), and Kappa Kappa Gamma (EPC).

More than 1,600 Emory students, or 24 percent of the undergraduate student body, are members of sororities and fraternities. The Greek community is home to four councils governing 33 active chapters. The Emory Panhellenic Council (EPC) includes eight affiliated chapters, Interfraternity Council (IFC) 11, Multicultural Greek Council (MGC) six, and National Pan-Hellenic Council (NPHC) eight.
