Kudos to Campus Life colleagues who responded to campus-wide emergencies during winter recess
The extremely cold December weather created several extraordinarily challenging situations for our campus. Colleagues throughout Campus Life partnered with teams across the Emory enterprise in response, generously giving personal time to take care of students and facilities. Emergency responses included relocating students when frozen water pipes burst in residential facilities, beginning remediation so apartments will be ready for spring move-in, and providing resources while DeKalb County was under a boil water advisory. These colleagues represent offices that include Communications, Dining, Housing Operations, and Residence Life. Many thanks to the Campus Life family members who responded to the winter weather-related emergencies and thanks to those who were already scheduled to work during the recess.

EmoryCard Lost and Found Program adds new drop boxes
The EmoryCard Lost and Found Program now has drop boxes in the lobbies of four buildings: ESC, Few Hall, Transportation and Parking Services, and Woodruff Memorial Library. Found cards may be left at one of these locations or returned directly to the EmoryCard Office in 101 Boisfeuillet Jones Center at 200 Dowman Drive. Active students, employees, and sponsored individuals – who return found cards directly to the office – will receive a $5 upload to their Eagle Dollars account at the end of the month. The goal is to return cards before their “owners” have to purchase a replacement card. Some restrictions apply; for more details, email
emorycard@emory.edu.
Office hours: Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, and Friday from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. and Wednesday from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m.
