EmoryCard hosts NACCU Near You conference
The
National Association of Campus Card Users brought its
NACCU Near You conference to Emory’s Atlanta campus on Feb. 1. The event was hosted by the
EmoryCard team, led by director Kim Pfeffer, who coordinated conference logistics. EmoryCard has been engaged with NACCU for nearly 20 years, with Pfeffer currently serving on the board of directors. According to Lina Vargas, Campus Life's chief business officer, Pfeffer’s ongoing engagement with NACCU and her outstanding leadership of the EmoryCard team have ensured the high-quality card services that consistently meet the campus community’s evolving needs. The one-day regional conference supports campus identification and transaction-system professionals, attracted 29 participants, including six from the EmoryCard and Campus Dining offices, and featured a tour of the campus.
