Emory Day of Giving begins next week

What is Emory Day of Giving? It's a 36-hour online giving event that celebrates everything Emory and offers easy and fun ways to support what inspires you. Emory Day of Giving 2022 kicks off March 30 at 6 a.m. and continues for 36 hours, ending March 31 at 6 p.m.

Emory, Children’s Healthcare of Atlanta seek volunteers to help test COVID-19 tests

To participate in a study helping to test COVID-19 tests, adults and children showing symptoms of COVID-19 — but who have not been tested for the virus during their current illness — can come to a new Emory testing site.

Josh Gamse is moving on

Josh, assistant director of Sorority and Fraternity Life, has accepted a position as assistant dean of residence life and director of Greek life at Dartmouth College. Since arriving at Emory in 2017 as coordinator of Sorority and Fraternity Life, Josh has helped to develop OSFL’s strategic plan, partnered with the Office of Health Promotion to revamp risk management training, collaborated with Housing Operations to enhance OSFL’s membership verification system and roster process, and created the first OSFL Officer Summit. As assistant director, Josh has been instrumental in elevating the residential experience, housing facilities, organizational operations, and community involvement. Always a strong advocate for students, he also served on the Student Intervention Services (SIS) Team. Josh’s last day with Emory will be April 8.

Four Emory students selected as 2022 Bobby Jones Scholars

Men's swimming and diving capture second national title

For the second time in program history, the Emory University men's swimming and diving team are the NCAA Division III national champions.

Women's swimming and diving finish as national runner-up

The Emory University women's swimming and diving team fought valiantly but ultimately finished as the national team runner-up at the 2022 NCAA Division III National Championships.

Clio Hancock wins Elite 90 Award for NCAA Division III Women’s Swimming and Diving

Hancock, who currently carries a 4.00 grade-point average as a double major in chemistry and anthropology, was presented with the award prior to the day one finals session Wednesday evening in Indianapolis, IN.
