Emory HR requirement: Recording work arrangements
Central Human Resources has rolled out a new tool to allow all university staff to record their work arrangements. HR requires all staff to use the tool when they have an alternate work location (AWL) request and when they do not. The work arrangement tool will provide reportable insights on building usage and energy consumption. It will also provide data to help Emory reduce its carbon footprint in Metro Atlanta. The tool will enable OIT to learn more about the types of technology being used by our workforce and help our leadership identify ways we can work smarter and plan for the future of work at Emory. All staff are required to request their work arrangement using the new tool. Submitting a request takes about 5 to 10 minutes. Learn more here.
