Professional development Special supervisory series to help those leading remote teams Learning and Organizational Development, the Faculty Staff Assistant Program (FSAP), and Work Life are launching a new Supervisory Series of short, interactive Zoom sessions to provide tips and tools for providing feedback, setting expectations, ensuring productivity, motivating employees, cultivating resistance to stress, surviving work-life during a pandemic, and more. Most sessions are 30-60 minutes. Also, full-length training classes are provided through the summer, both instructor-led Zoom sessions and on-line courses.
