Reminder from Financial Services: End of fiscal year deadlines
The end of fiscal year 2023 is quickly approaching, and the Campus Life Finance Service Center is preparing to close out expenses, billings, and budgets. All Campus Life staff are advised to plan corporate card and P-card purchases prior to August 21 so their expenses can be posted to the correct budget year. Please review this PowerPoint presentation for more information, including deadlines that will help you plan for the end of the fiscal year. Finance will host a webinar on Tuesday, August 6, at 10 a.m. Please click this link to register. This webinar is open to all Campus Life employees to discuss these important deadlines.

Save the Date: Emory Gate Crossing + Coke Toast on August 26 This year's Emory Gate Crossing is scheduled for Monday, August 26, from 10 to 11 a.m. Join the Emory community in welcoming the Class of 2028 by cheering them on as they process from the Emory Gate to the Quad. After the procession, stay for the Coke Toast on the Quad. Please arrive by 10 a.m. to find a spot; the student procession will begin promptly at 10:15. Volunteers will be available to assist.
