CCE offers webinar: The history and impact of organizing in America: Then & now Join the Center for Community Engagement for a no-cost full-day training on community organizing. Three 90-minute sessions will cover the history and key strategies of effective organizing. Please share this opportunity with students. School of Nursing launches podcast The Nurses Station is a bi-weekly podcast for nurses and nursing students. Hosts discuss current events in nursing, life as a nurse and misconceptions about the profession. Season one topics include nursing education, race and racism in healthcare, COVID-19, and infant and maternal health, among others.
Emory Athletics: Where are they now? Anna Dobben enjoyed a stellar two-year stint with the Eagles' swimming and diving program, helping the women's team capture NCAA Division III championships in 2012 and 2013. Tom Shane, a member of the Emory University men's swimming and diving program from 1998-2002, was a driving force in helping elevate the Eagles into the national power it is today.
