Tune in to Home Movie Day this Thursday View and discuss amateur movies from the Emory University archives, including footage from the 1933 Chicago World’s Fair taken by a former Emory history professor, Rose Library archives, and Oxford College archives. Don’t miss Bram Stoker Trivia Night on Friday Part of Emory University’s Homecoming 2021, this virtual event celebrates Rose Library’s acquisition of the world's most comprehensive collection of Bram Stoker materials. Kathryn Dionne joins Campus Life. Sandra Edwards accepts new position.
Kathryn joined the Campus Life team on Sep. 27 as executive administrative assistant to Dean Gelaye. Kathryn’s decade of experience spans project and program management, government affairs, and event planning. Most recently, she worked with Selig Enterprises in Atlanta, serving as administrative support liaison for three executives, conducting research, and creating presentations. She is a former staff assistant in the office of U.S. Senator Sherrod Brown of Ohio, where she managed his front office and maintained contact with constituents, elected officials, and members of the administration. She earned a bachelor’s in political science at Ohio State University.
Sandra joined Campus Life in 2018, serving as executive administrative assistant to Dean Gelaye and supporting Assistant VP Suzanne Onorato. She will continue to provide administrative support for Suzanne and, in addition, support Assistant VP Dona Yarbrough. All Campus Life Central Office administrative employees now report to Mekeshua North, director of Human Resources, Staff Development and Training.
