Don’t be Zoombombed

Security concerns about uninvited intrusions into Zoom meetings are real. However, the LITS (Library and Information Technology Services) security team confirms that Zoom meets university security standards when properly used. Each time you log in, click “Sign in with SSO.”

If you are Zoombombed when hosting a call on an Emory-sponsored Zoom account, report the incident to the Emory Police Department at 404.727.6111 (TDD/TTY 404.320.1024) or by reporting the incident via LiveSafe.

If you have further questions or need assistance, please submit a request at http://clts.emory.edu.

Temporarily Suspend Your Parking Permit

Emory employees who wish to temporarily deactivate their parking permit and temporarily stop payroll deduction for parking can submit requests here: ParkingForm. Requests must be received by Wednesday, April 15, 2020, to stop deductions for April. Be sure to select the first option to temporary suspend deductions and keep your parking permit. Option two will completely deactivate it.
