After hours Psychiatry

• If you are an established patient at Student Health Services-Psychiatry, you can call the on call psychiatrist at 404-778-5000 for urgent concerns. The on-call psychiatrist is reserved for urgent situations that cannot wait until the next business day.
• For requests as an established patient for medication refills, please send a secure message through Your Patient Portal and the message will be attended to the next business day.
• If you are experiencing a life-threatening situation please call 911 or go to your nearest emergency room.

Shuttle Service

The Shuttle Service will be altered as follows during Thanksgiving Break. Regular service will resume on all routes on Monday Nov. 27.

Wed 11/22: Regular service except the Oxford route. (The last Oxford shuttle will depart Oxford at 1 p.m.)
Thurs 11/23: Only SafeRide service will be operational.
Fri 11/24: Only SafeRide service will be operational.
Sat 11/25: Regular service on weekend routes except the Oxford route. (The Oxford route will not be in service.)
Sun 11/26: Regular service on weekend routes except the Oxford route. (The Oxford route will not be in service.)

SafeRide remains in service overnight 9pm-5am daily, including holidays and weekends. 

Parking Access

Permit holders may access additional permit parking areas during University holidays and weekends. Emory Healthcare visitor parking locations, including Lowergate East, Lowergate West, and 1525 Clifton Road, remain in regular operation and are not available for permit holders.

Service Counter Hours

The Transportation and Parking Services service counter will close on Wednesday, Nov. 22 at 12 p.m. and will reopen Monday, Nov. 27 at 9 a.m. Many services are available online 24/7 at https://transportation.emory.edu/.

Please note:

1. Students remaining on campus can pick up meals at the DDR beginning Wednesday 11/22 for lunch.
2. There will be no meal pick-up on Thanksgiving Day (Thursday 11/23). Students should pick up additional meals for Thanksgivng during the dinner pick-up on Wednesday 11/22.
3. Meal pick-up will begin again for breakfast on Friday 11/25. 
4. The Oxford Dining hall will reopen on Sunday 11/26 at 2 p.m.

Meal pick-up times at the DDR are as follows:

• Breakfast | 8 - 9:30 a.m.
• Lunch | 12:30 - 2 p.m.
• Dinner | 5 - 6 p.m.

Airport Shuttle

Airport shuttles are available for students traveling over the break. Please view the schedule here. 

• There is a $25 charge for shuttles departing from Oxford. There is no cost for the return shuttle. You just reserve a seat separately.
• There is no cost if you are utilizing the return shuttle only. 

To reserve a seat:

1. Reserve a seat here.
2. Submit payment here.
3. Save your confirmation. The confirmation serves as your boarding pass and to confirm that payment has been submitted.

 

Oxford-Atlanta Shuttle

• The Oxford-Atlanta shuttle will run on Wednesday 11/22 at 8 a.m. and 1 p.m. There will not be shuttles at 5:30 p.m. or 11 p.m.
• There will not be any Oxford-Atlanta shuttles from Thursday 11/23 through Saturday 11/25.
• Shuttles will resume full service on Sunday 11/26 at 4 p.m. (Woodruff Circle.)
