EmoryCard’s Jimmy Story earns kudos at NACCU for his first-ever conference presentation
The assistant coordinator of operations for Campus Life's EmoryCard office was hesitant when invited to deliver a presentation at the February NACCU
regional event at the University of Alabama. Although he had registered for the event in the fall, he had less than a week’s notice to prepaare for his conference presentation – and it would be his first. But Jimmy Story accepted the invitation and went on to earn praise for his 30-minute discussion of EmoryCard’s creative marketing initiatives. “EmoryCard is doing great things and [Jimmy] was awesome,” Courtney Petrizzi, Action Card services specialist at the University of Alabama, wrote to Kim Pfeffer, EmoryCard director. “If he ever attends the annual conference, I’d love to do a marketing session with him!” John Ogle, NACCU’s member experience and education director
, wrote, “Jimmy did a great job [and] the material was terrific…. We might pull together a webinar panel discussion later in the year on marketing that would include [him].“ |
