Campus Life Finance Center: May 17 update on Emory Express messaging functionality
Jaggaer, the host company of Emory Express, has indicated they are encountering an issue with notifications coming from Emory Express. The issue is related to Jaggaer's recent nationwide migration to Amazon Web Services (AWS). The migration resulted in a backlog of outbound messages on Jaggaer's mail servers. They are working to clear the backlog. Messages are moving but more slowly than anticipated. We recommend that you send important and time-sensitive messages directly from your Emory email address until the issue is fully resolved. All outgoing purchase orders and other messaging going to non-Emory email addresses are functioning normally.
