Campus Life Today: Center for Women gives Emory women space to grow, learn, thrive

In March, during Women's History Month, the Center for Women at Emory recognized a group of Emory seniors as 50 Graduating Women of Excellence, one of many initiatives that the center conducts to elevate the voices of more than half of the university community.

Emory senior comes out of “retirement” to win coveted debate title

The Emory Eagles’ newest head coach was named NCAA Division III South/Southeast Region Men's Cross Country Coach of the Year for 2019 after leading the men's team to three first-place performances.

Jennifer McDowell: 2019 National Coach of the Year

Emory’s longest serving head coach was named 2019 USMC/AVCA Division III National Coach of the Year by the American Volleyball Coaches Association. Jenny McDowell, who captured her first AVCA National Coach of the Year honor in 2008, has been recognized by the AVCA as Regional Coach of the Year on eight occasions.

Emory's Graduation Generation program prepares students for options beyond high school

During the 2018-2019 academic year, Graduation Generation served 4,120 students at five elementary schools, two middle schools, and three high schools. Nearly 180 Emory students and 50 faculty and staff worked with three dozen community partners to deliver a variety of educational programming.
